Eligibility to use services
To use HomenowLex services you must be legally able to enter into contracts in your province and provide verifiable identification when required. Certain services are available only to residents of Canada and may require local information such as municipal records or a Canadian mailing address.
Clients must have the legal age to enter binding contracts in their province (commonly 18 or 19). If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian should engage services on your behalf and accept responsibility for decisions made in the transaction.
Services must be used in a lawful manner. You must not use HomenowLex for fraudulent purposes, to facilitate illegal activity, or to submit false documentation. Practical case guidance and checklists must not be repurposed to mislead third parties.
While HomenowLex provides guidance primarily for clients in Canada, some informational resources may be accessible internationally. Legal advice delivered through our service is intended for Canadian jurisdictions and may not apply elsewhere.
